She went over and beyond in everything she did. She had an unforgettable spirit and loved everyone. Anytime anyone needed anything, she would be there to lend a helping hand. When she was blessed with grandchildren, she was an excellent grandmother who loved her grandchildren with her entire heart. She would have done anything for them. Ofelia loved spending time with her family and going for walks. She was famous for walking so fast she would leave people behind. She had a tremendous amount of energy and would always dance around the house to her Spanish music or her oldies. Ofelia was a remarkable woman who will be missed. She was fortunate enough to have her husband at her side taking the greatest care of her when she became ill. She suffered a great deal in her last years here on Earth, but had her husband right by her side. May she rest in peace in the arms of Jesus. Recitation of the Rosary will be said on Thursday, June 18, 6:00 p.m. at Greenlawn Southwest Mortuary Chapel.
